The Value of Community: Why It's Worth Investing In
Community is the reason I began volunteering at my neighborhood school 10 years ago.
Community is the thread that connects us to each other. It is where we go to celebrate the good times and where we go to find comfort during the hard times. In the midst of our busy lives, maintaining and strengthening these connections can be a challenge.
Our schools serve as the cornerstone of our communities; integral to sustaining the bonds between students, families, and staff: the true hearts of our communities.
Community is why I am running for PVUSD Governing Board.
I believe together we can build a connected community that ensures all PV students have the opportunity for a great educational experience and that PVSchools is the preferred choice for families and staff.
I invite you to take a moment and share what's on your mind and in your heart by filling out the PV Community Voices Form.
With gratitude,
Jessica Wani
